For $60, I grabbed this Stamina ATS Air Rower secondhand, and it's okay for light use. The air resistance works, but the whole thing feels pretty basic. It tracks time only—no calories, distance, or heart rate. The frame is a mix of metal and plastic, which feels a bit cheap. It folds up well, though, and doesn't take much space. The seat is mediocre, and there's no programming. If you just want a simple rowing motion without any bells and whistles at a rock-bottom price, this might work. But for serious training, look elsewhere.
